WALDRIDGE FELL

Waldridge Fell is a site of Special Scientific Interest / Open Access Land. The fell has five car parks (William St, Hylton St, Ellen St, Tinkler Row and North Fell), two picnic areas and a variety of waymarked routes for both walkers and wheelchair users. The fell is one of Durham’s last remaining areas of lowland heath.
